Kay’s Bar-B-Que and the very best in Southern-style cookin'.

We use only the finest of foods and ingredients. And we
do it all from scratch. Kay won’t have it any other way.
Our meats are all hand trimmed and fresh ground. We
slow-smoke our Bar-B-Que for true Southern-style flavor and goodness.
Thanks to the slow smoking process, Bar-B-Que pork comes out pinkish
in color and chicken may appear red around the thighbone. Also, the
special basting sauce often turns dark meat brown in color,
adding to the flavor of the meat. All this is the sign of true Bar-B-Que,
and the taste is out of this world.
